cool view from Hadlock! So much opportunity to develop atleast 7+ story residential with ground floor restaurant/sports bar on Park Ave. would love to see something like that happen. Portland needs a good sports bar next to Hadlock, Expo, Fitzy, and the ice rink.

Agree on the sports bar idea next to Hadlock. After you win, or even lose, drinking beer and eating (again) is always welcomed. Otherwise, everyone gets in their car and goes home. The odd two-story brick building next to the parking lot would have been ideal.

The old fire station? Agreed, that would be a great spot for a bar/pub/restaurant.

The empty lot across the street would also be a great spot for a multi-purpose development (ground floor retail/restaurant, 2nd floor commercial, upper floors residential):

Took a picture of that exact property Dr. StrangeHat shared above haha! Not sure what it’s used for now since it’s not for parking for the Sea Dogs. 6-8 floors of mixed use would be fantastic!! A ground floor sports bar with ground floor and underground parking?! Perfect!
