This is part of GLX but separating it into its own thread.
Anyone have documents of what they're doing?
I was under I-93 next to Boston Sand & Gravel and found two work sites. One was what appeared to be a temporary coffer dam where the river outfalls, protecting a deep pit, and the other is a section of the culvert that is exposed and cut open with a ramp dug out of the soil to allow vehicles down.
I was snooping around and then I saw a construction worker was sleeping in a backhoe. Kind of spooked me to find him there. This, plus the construction lighting being on, made me think that maybe it was an active work site even though it was 1am.
