What I truly love, is that THIS is two blocks behind it up 2nd Street - - this is smart placemaking with two architectural "cousins" playing off each other - bravo!
-One negative, is that the older cousin doesn't have the same great ground floor retail at the vertex that the new cousin will have (per renders).
