I'm just wondering what newly constructed triple deckers look like these days? Do they still build 'em like they did in Dorchester and Eastie? I'm trying to imagine what a modern, more upscale triple decker would look like if it were built today. So any example images are welcome.

weren't some new three deckers built to replace some destroyed by an airplane crash in Dorchester a decade or two ago?

Awesome, thanks for the visuals, guys. I'd have to say I'm a muuuch bigger fan of the old Victorian stuff, ha. Is anyone still building them like they used to?

I use that sketch as a punch line so much but most ppl don't remember it (I guess you have to know why it's funny in the first place)

The random Google image slideshow and the marble columns in random locations make that skit. Every McMansion has at least one of those out of place.
