The wife and I travelled down to Mystic this morning for an exhibit at their arts center. I had been to the Aquarium and Mystic Seaport but not the downtown proper. Walking was limited as she's due in a month, but what we saw was lovely, if not a bit reminiscent of other towns (it's like a cross of Gloucester and Wickford Junction). Hat tip to Mystic River Chocolate Cafe, I splurged on some sugar for their frozen lemonade and it was excellent.
