More big changes could be in the works for the western end of Newbury Street. A developer is in talks with the Harvard Club of Boston on plans for 200-room hotel

Wow great area to add a hotel. This will go right next to the Parcel 15 (500ft Tower) .. so this little area will fill in very nicely!

For years I've been saying this lot is ripe for development, even if the frontage is far from ideal. I wonder if this will impact the on-ramp changes discussed by (I believe) construction of the Viola?

This would be across Newburg/entrance to the Mass Pike from the Parcel 12 proposal. Not the parcel 15 tower or parcel 13 Viola. Same neighborhood and a great add.
