Nominations: ArchBoston best new developments 2013-2017

...wow you know what a lot of really good stuff has gone up in the last couple of years!

greatest infill boom in the City's history, and by all appearances, we're barely halfway through! now the highrise boom is getting real yo!!

What are people's thoughts on Channel Center now that it's a few years old?

extremely good incl the garage facade.

Lovejoy Wharf

Truly the most positive development in Boston for so many reasons -not just for its own aesthetics, but it improves its environs on so many levels at the human street level, sense of place and then aesthetic. They took a garbage dump area and transformed it into a valued team player. I actually think the magnificent boardwalk (not even the building) is its best feature.

I love MassArt Treehouse as a stand alone building, it's great and Boston needs more of it. However, I love Lovejoy Wharf for its multilevel effect on its part of the city, without screaming "look at me!".
