Oldest Commercial Building in Boston is not a landmark

If only the people who have the means and ability to open shops and start new construction are the only ones to post criticisms and suggestions, this place is going to get really quiet really fast.

The forum would be reduced to fireside chats between Mr. Keith and myself.

(Only if the wifey approved the expenditures of course)

With technology -- bookstores except in univeriy areas are done -- you can order any book currently in print off the web and have it delivered tomorrow and soon to the kndle / Itab, etc in your hand as you stroll the greenway or the harbor walk

the only case for non-technical/ non course-book / non-antiqurian bookstores is a place like Dussmann inBerlin where you can pick-up boks, preview DVD's , listen to MP3 usinc, buy posters, etc. -- that kind of place could fit into DTX (in Berlin the Kulturhaus is only a couple of blocks from the bradenburg gate)

Oh yes I nearly forgot they have a nice cafe and a place like Au bon pain where you can pick-up some food as well
