Thanks for finding this, though I've rarely seen so many words say nothing (aside from the historical highlights and old picture). They could have just written, "The Otis House needs to become relevant again, and people are working on it" Period. Then show lots of pictures of the great interior rooms.

I get the sense this will consist of minor-to-moderate renovations and installations, landscaping/exterior upgrades, and so forth. Nothing huge, but nothing wrong with that.

I'll take another NADAAA project around here any day.

You need to understand that contemporary reality is composed of 10% bricks and mortar and 90% media hoopla.
