The Downtown Design Panel has given Pebb Capital approval to go forward with a project at 33 Bassett Street in the Jewelry District. The site is across from CAV and presently contains several buildings that would need to be demolished. The new construction project on the site would be a six story building with 191 residential units and one ground floor commercial space.
