My God those buildings are drab. Some truly awful garbage there.

Garbage in your eyes. The Kennedy Federal Building is a Gropius. Almost all of the drab brown and gray boxes in the financial district you and others bitch about were designed by leading architects of their time including Pietro Belluschi, TAC, Emery Roth and SOM.

I agree. Also, the State Office Building looks like a giant USB thumb drive.

Thats awesome that you can see from the Hub on Causeway, to the MIT developments, all the way to Encore way back there even adding to the skyline from that angle. Amazing.
