I don't know where to put this, since new parks are neither infrastructure nor developments, really... but the Port Norfolk Park has been open for a few months now and is incredibly nice. At first glance it seems a little too much of green lawn, but there are many stands of baby trees that in time will grow into decent groves to break it up. Unfortunately, some fairly newish condo development at the end of the park was allowed to go right up to the water so the Harborwalk ends and you have to go back into the neighborhood... but it's a quiet street and vast improvement to what was there before so not much of a big deal.

There's also a whiskey distillery next to the wine place and Venezia, in a very old brick nail factory.
