I honestly think it could be a great small convention center or a cool concert venue, or both.

Yes! How great would that be if they could just helicopter it over and plop it down on that lot next to WEX. Home run. Talk about a vibrant new core.

I often thought the Grand Trunk Train Station could have made a great public market.
Instead Portland tore it down and now has a wastewater pump. Sexy.
