The Portland Public Market could have brought life to this corporate dead zone. This would have been a better place for it.

Interesting footprint. I think it would have worked nicely but would make the Key Bank complex stick out even more awkwardly than it does already.

I'm starting to see these boring and ugly office buildings that fail to interact with the street the way I see parking garages: if they must exist, at least make the street level interesting. One Monument square wastes a whole edge of the Monument Square triangle. It seems like a wasted prime spot.
