Just goes to show what some vertical lines and un-fat massing can do. Theres a building right next to it thats basically just as tall but its like 300ft wide and looks like a beluga-saurus rex. This looks great for a precast mid rise.

Cambridge needs some more towers like this. Thin enough to make proper use of the height. Theres a few buildings nearby that are about the same height but theyre very wide. Im not sure its aspect ratio but this is correct. It looks like a proper high rise with the right dimensions of height vs width. Looks great.

This is exactly how you do a mid-rise building. Leave it to Cambridge to design a building that is short but looks "tall." Boston should be taking notes.
