Thanks for the pics. So happy to see this moving along. Hopefully this is a catalyst for the rest of the proposed projects in the vicinity to get going. This is one of the most under utilized transit stops in the whole city as far as TOD, hopefully that changes now.

I'm hopeful this project will do well also. My one knock against it is how isolated the site feels - it's entirely surrounded by a truck yard, railroad lines, and a tree-lined berm. Since the truck yard portion of the development got abandoned, the remaining site is cut off from the nearby residential area. Plus with the exception of the fitness facilities across the street, your closest amenities are a good half mile away.

This was one site where maximum density should have been encouraged, but well, we're past that now.
