Redesign the West End

Perhaps Boston should adapt a "Smart Code" for development, like Miami has. I also realized that the city should ask DPZ Architects, the developers of the smart code, to develop a plan to repair the West End and make it more livable and walkable community, and less of a tower in the park complex.
