San Diego Suggestions

I am going to be headed out to San Diego for about a week in the early part of November. And I was just wondering if there were any forumers on here who live out in cali or are familiar with the area that might be willing and able to offer some suggestions about sites and attractions to see etc. thanks in advance.

To start with, San Diego has a world-famous bridge.

Its Zoo is one of the best in the world, too.
And the San Diego Trolley jump-started the current US interest in light rail systems.
