Didn't JimboJones/JohnKeith say something a while back about how most people shouldn't own but instead rent? I don't know about Boston but I remember seeing one report about renting vs. owning about NYC that said it only made sense to buy if you were going to be there more than 10 years.

Speaking of foreclosures, does anyone know if there is a map of foreclosed properties for metro Boston? I've seen some for other cities.
