And downtown Norwalk (Wall Street update) — Courtyard Marriott u/c on left and Wall Street Place apts on right nearing completion:

And the decades-long delayed Wall Street street improvement project has begun. Phase I includes improved (and in some areas widened) sidewalks, street lights, etc:

SoNo Metro TOD - directly adjacent to the South Norwalk train station -- mixed-use affordable apartment development by Bainfield. This is a large plot and should have a positive impact on the image commuters have traveling Northbound.

Ardea Pointe- new mixed use development wrapping up construction in East Norwalk. The East Norwalk NIMBY crowd came out strong against this one. Luckily cooler heads prevailed as it turned out quite nice:
