Stevens Square | Old McCauley Campus | Portland

Stevens Square is definitely a substancial project for the North Deering/off-peninsula Portland Area. A 55 plus community being built on the old fields of McCauley HS by Developers Collaborative (Kevin Bunker and Team). Here are a few shots of the first of 4 buildings today and hope this thread can be updated occasionally!

Bunker uses “Smart Growth” strategies that focus on walkable communities and other great things that are so important to development.
