Broadway in Chelsea (between Bellingham Sq and Williams St): http://www.streetmix.net/-/183389

The 2' buffer and 8' parking on the right (drivers' left) would morph into a sidewalk island for a bus stop, occupying about two parking spaces. For ADA, there would be a little sidewalk connecting the sidewalk to the bus island, and the bike path would simply rise up and meet the connection at the same level.
 
I have a bunch somewhere but one problem with streetmix is that it doesn't have an option for sidewalk-level cycle tracks, or a few other things I remember wanting to toss into the mix and being frustrated.

Cool site. I seem to be able to access it, though I haven't tried it out yet.
