I actually like the façade on both sides. I think both use nice to ways to add texture.

Looking at these windows undulating in and out makes me feel kind of seasick. Anyone else have a similar reaction?

Maybe some passers-by will feel the same when it's done and it will become known as the Seasick Building.

Please pardon me. I understand why the curtain wall on the bottom two floors is left for last...but puzzle me this: why would you leave it exposed to the elements when 2 feet of blowing snow was forecast a week in advance? I can guarantee that the newly installed HVAC cost more than tarp and some staples and screws.
