This project was proposed in the late 80's and the pyramid shaped roof would have been a great addition to the skyline! I'd have to dig through my materials to find the developer and it very well might have been the Liberty Group. Thanks to MartinS for the images.

I had hoped they would be a bit more progressive in their choices of finish materials. The brick color and pattern is reminiscent of a building that has been in place for 60 years and just blends into the background. I'm not sure the silver panels are going to save it.View attachment 30784
