In addition, I do not think "tower" will be included as part of the name due to Redfern's emphasis on providing housing and not obsessing about height like most of us on this forum. :)

I would go with 201 Federal. For all we know, one day the Algonquian descendants will demand a retroactive licensing fee for using their name. I think we need to stop trying too hard to make peoples feel good with a mere name, because in truth I think it's more about us, the how we feel, the guilt part.

Definitely not "tower" - even though that's literally what I call it. The Tower. ~C
