Units will range in size from studios through 2 bedrooms with 20 units designated affordable. Retail square footage with the project has also been reduced from 6,590 square feet to approximately 4,300 square feet.”

Great to see this get some new life but the name of this building is awful. The Chandlery? I literally think of Friends each time I read this and not in a good way.
