Isn't that only like...one specific layout for 4k? Most of them are 1800-3000

I'm glad to see this one get finished, but it pains me that the original iteration wasn't built. Worcester could really use more height.

I probably missed this, but what's up with the Weintraub's sign? Is that just a nod to the former location on Water Street?
The Creperie sold the sign to Polar park for historic preservation, they added it to summit st where they also have the old diner and taste of worcester
