Somebody has to pick up the slack and meet demand in this overextended market. Its good to see everett developing their prior industrial sites to make the city more livable and also put more units on the market. Its going to be cool to see the before and after in 10 years. These wood framed buildings are cheap, quick to build, and can fit a lot of people in 6 +/- floors. We should be building hundreds of these across the metro area to put a dent in supply.

The architecture isn't anything special, but the massing is right and it is quite exciting to see this area turn into solid city blocks at a rapid clip. I hope it makes its way down through the Box District of Chelsea to finally heal the wound left by the last big fire.

Totally agree with the last two comments. This is exactly the sort of new housing development that should be ordinary. It's totally appropriate for the area.
