They've really slowed down on this project.

Props to the City though at all the new Victorian pendant street lights they installed along Tremont last month!

They're probably aiming for completion by the 9/1/16 or 8/1/16 rental cycle. No question they'll be finished by then.

Really? This has been one of the slowest projects I've seen anywhere around Boston and it's been that way since it started as far as I can tell... I go by this thing all the time, it's incredible.

Could've been a little taller but still pretty great for this area. Overall a win, I think.

turning out to look pretty good... pretty fancy for this hood though, even with gentrification...

i suppose fuentes' fate --- and the cadre of street people milling about outside --- are only a matter of time.,,
 
The email went out today for the affordable rentals in this building.
