Town Cove Project – Dennis Kanin, New Boston Ventures

There are two small neighboring parcels as part of the Town Cove Project, one on Broad Street and the other on India Street. The proposed residential buildings would have about 70 and 50 condominium units, respectively, with ground floor commercial / restaurant use. A recent change is that the proposed height of 130 feet will be changed to 120 feet for both buildings as part of the project.

There is a parking lot at India and Franklin.

As for Broad St., it is not clear whether this would be a follow-on to this.

Palind -- Sounds interesting -- this the kind of thing that has to happen to fully capitalize on the Greenway over the next few years

By the way the newly renovated Google Maps is "Brilliant" -- for the connoisseurs and cognoscenti -- my house in Lexington apparently was visited in the past few days since the street photo shows my driveway with the tomato pots already stowed for the year
