This is a pretty important project imo. Its extremely rare for new warehouse/logistics space to be built this close to the city these days. The last one I can think of is the ones at readville a couple years ago. Stuff like this isnt sexy, but if people want their 1 day shipping in the city it has to come from somewhere.

Also I like that its concrete vs sheet metal, as that makes it more likely to be adaptively reused 100 years from now instead of demolished.

Structural steel and roof decking are partially installed; carpentry framing of dock pits visible. Exterior paint scheme evident on the portion of the building facing Target.
