While looking for historic maps on Flickr I came upon Utile Arch. + Planning's page where they have images and designs for many places in Boston, including the Maxpack site, Union Sq, Somerville, and South Boston Waterfront. I wouldn't say any of these are new and most probably aren't final but they are interesting none the less.
