"The mixed-use project is set to include 692 residential units" - its a couple blocks from the Silver Line and the new Chelsea CR station, across the street from Chelsea High School, and right next to Stop and Shop. Nobody is winning an architecture award here, but its a great addition to create more local communities in this neighborhood.

Yep. It's going to be a 2 Phase project... phase 1 seen on the pics; phase 2 will be on the back (current worker's parking lot).

this project was initially mention on here about three years ago. It took a while to get in the ground.
