Have you seen the new monument (memorials are only for the dead!) for Kevin White, former mayor of Boston? 
It's a double-life-sized bronze statue in front of Faneuil Hall. It's also supposed to be interactive, if you can figure out where the "active" part begins (somewhere at the sidewalk). The shocking part is how exaggerated in size are his feet and hands! His feet are the size of 1956 Buicks and his hands the size of substantial melons! :shock: They are totally out of proportion with the rest of the figure. Did Mr. White's family approve this design beforehand? I find it bizarre and almost as bad as the Irish Famine memorial on Washington St. Comments????
