Where was the Boston Tea Party?

I came across this site looking around on this, the day of our nation's independence (even though it really was July 2cnd) I found it interesting that it's actually where the Intercontinental now stands.

Isn't that pretty close to where the little Boston Tea Party museum is...or was? Last time I was there it looked like they were renovating it or building a new one.
