Where's the beef?

Re: Hynes renovation

Let's not forget Tasca on Comm Ave in Brighton and my personal favorite, Taberna de Haro on Beacon St. in Brookline near the Boston line.

Re: Hynes renovation

We now have a tapas bar in Boston. The Estragon just opened at the corner of Harrison Avenue and East Brookline Street in the South End. Nice place too. They will have a small outdoor set up in a week or so as well.

Dali in Somerville and Tapeo on Newbury Street have been serving tapas for over a decade.

Re: Hynes renovation

Brazillian resturants? Go to Everett, close to Boston and plenty in numbers. For a mile by mile sized city, we have about 10 Dunkin Donuts (some almost across the street from each other) and about 10 or so Brazillian resturants. They're pretty good even though they are all essentially the same at the core, it's just different places use different spices.

Re: Hynes renovation

East Somerville also has Brazilian restaurants, and is easier to reach.

Re: Hynes renovation

A restaurant review thread would probably be a really good idea for the general section but I for one don't care to read plugs for Everett's plentiful Brazilian dining scene in a discussion about what's happening at the Hynes.

Re: Hynes renovation

Yeah, a moderator should break these last few posts off and move them elsewhere.
