Neighborhoods in Cambridge are tricky, as the "neighborhoods" are strictly defined, but become useless when in a "square." The squares are Cambridge's defining places, yet they comprise the boundaries of neighborhoods. So, if I building is "in" a square, I would recommend changing the neighborhood to its square:

Boston Marriott Cambridge would be defined as Kendall Square.
Frank J. Manning Apartments would be defined as Central Square.
 
Does anyone know why UMass Amherst with it's oodles of free space decided towers were the right structure for student housing? Seems like a weird decision...
 
I have no clue but UAlbany did the same thing and they have literal empty fields surrounding the dorms.
