Polar Park's second inning: Almost five years into a 35-year project, WooSox are still drawing fans, but key parcels are underutilized
Since a tense November meeting between Worcester Redevelopment Authority and key ballpark district stakeholder Madison Properties, not much has changed in terms of groundbreakings or sales at Madison-owned parcels near the Polar Park baseball stadium.

Some interesting points made in this article, including that Madison properties is selling all of their parcels of land that they were going to build on to developers ready to build, most likely to happen early next year. We will see if this actually comes to fruition.

The left hand field building is up on Loopnet, and it has this brochure attached, with some proposed floor plans. I didn't realize it, but apparently there's also some parking involved in it too.

Yes there is an underground garage. That structure is already built. Its just the above ground stuff stalled
