Members are encouraged to nominate what they believe is the worst proposal for a site in the Boston area not under construction. (A proposal cannot win two years in a row)

Previous winners:

2010:
Urban Ring Bus Rapid Transit

2009:
Anti-Shadow Legislation

2008:
350 Boylston Street

Ok. If MBTA fare hikes is not allowed, how about the plan to put yacht docks below the mediateque at the ICA so that window in the building looses its view of just water.

Personally I oppose both casinos, but Suffolk proposal qualifies for "Boston area."

I second, even though I think I remember learning long ago that the plan for the docks was in place when the mediateque was conceived, and the designers knew it would not be water-only forever.

That said I think it merits a change to the old plan.
