Didn't want to clog the thread, but wanted to say thank you for starting that data/analysis thread! Very useful as a portal for myself, and at some point when I have downtime I'll put in some of the work we've published at the MPO that I think would be of interest.

Glad it was helpful! And yes, I would be more than excited to see inputs and contributions from everyone, especially from professional agencies :)

Not sure if you actually live in Bangor but I'm heading up tomorrow to visit some of my old stomping grounds and take some photos of downtown for the thread you started. Let me know if you'd like to meet up around the 10AM-2PM time frame. Best, Jim

Thanks but I live an hour from Bangor. Enjoy the day!
Instead of locking the south station tower thread, you should move all of the recent off topic stuff to the whats left to build on thread. Thats what its for. South station tower is an active thread with almost daily updates that I dont think needs to be locked just because people dragged it off topic. Thanks.
I’ve made it abundantly clear what I’m for - quality urbanism and an engaging street level experience. Go ahead and shit on that.

A couple buildings taller than the Hancock would have no effect on this. I want what you want, plus a couple buildings taller than the Hancock for good measure. If you can't prove how a couple taller buildings would ruin the city, then shut up about it already. Boston can support both.
