The tower is dirty at the bottom. It could stand some serious washing of the window panes!

I went by there today on the way to & from my doc's office. You could see dried water streak marks & dirt on the windows.

Moar trees.

incredible photos. if someone had drawn a few really good renders from these angles, and shown them to you all 4~5 years ago,

dunno about you all, but, i'd have said, "yeah right."

No reason to do that until you are done with the streetscaping. Plenty more dust until that is done. Waste of money/effort until you are really close to opening.

I thought that the tower was supposed to open for business this month.

Delays, delays, delays! Hah!

I don't think there are any delays. Opening is slated for mid-July. Landscaping work looks about on that schedule. They will likely give the glass a good scrub just before.

This looks amazing in the Skyline--Amazing.

Looking at the Ground Floor evolve I'm still unsure with this right now.

Thanks for the incredible ground-level pics, Beeline! At this point, that is the evolving part of this project. Fascinating to see how this proceeds and turns out.

My brain is trying to process the amazing images am seeing in these pics vs. what I remember from that stretch of DTX. I am happily shocked.

I realized yesterday that the pavers being used here are the same ones that are on Summer St. Gives you a good feel of how the surface will feel & weather over time.

I thought that the tower was done, near the top. Why are those windows open or missing there?

there's still that one window panel at the very top of the MP that's not yet been installed -- it's pissing me off!

The only thing I miss from the old version of the tower was that it had a much more pedestrian friendly base. I'm sure at night when it's all lit up the new plaza will be nice but I don't like standing next to giant walls of glass.

Closings are scheduled to start in a few weeks I think, staff is moving into the tower to begin training, etc next week, common area furniture and art work is being moved in next week too. They have been washing the windows all week now. The tower itself is complete inside and it's only a matter of couple of weeks before they take down those fences and there should be a doorman present around late next week as well. The pool is already filled up and music is playing inside.
They are undergoing occupancy certification this week. The interior of this building is truly upscale, nothing in Boston even comes close. It is incredible.
