Does anybody have insight on what the ownership / control situation is for the "Phase II" portion of the MGB (nee Partners) building? If we presume that MGB has no want or need to build and occupy that itself, is there any chance that FRIT could still build there for another use or tenant?
Shouldn't those 3 guys be bonking out a tune on PVC piping in front of late-90's hipster crowd at Charles Playhouse?
