Yeah, this thing has sneaky-large floorplates, especially with the core so far off center.

First glass is in... it looks pretty clear and high quality. The first few floors have them set back in the building a bit behind some sort of industrial window pane element.

It won't read like another blue glass building from street level though...

Luckily its more of an industrial look, reminds me of a lot of the 70s nyc towers but much shorter. The black steel exoskeleton is definitely the star of the show vs a glass curtainwall wrapped tower where the steel is behind the glass. Should be a nice change/addition.
