These buildings kinda clash together. : / Like a guy wearing a plaid suit and tie and a shirt thats too busy. I think the one congress development will look much better b/c its multiple buildings but with a common design. Is there any process that considers how the buildings will look together before they're approved?

Yeah, after all said and done I think this came out really well. It has good vertical design elements like tall windows and tall groups of windows. The overall envelope is a bit boring, but there are far worse buildings going up these days.
