Had this in a toss up with Parcel 12, but, yeah - two air rights projects in the cycle is something I didn't think would actually happen.

Looks like the structural arches are just beginning to take shape (curvature emerging from the cast-in-place concrete column). Beeline's post above began to show the rebar for the arches taking shape prior to this too. From today (7/10):

Yeah, pretty much the only two reasonably tall projects left. The other Fenway air rights project will be pretty cool, too, though even if it's not that tall.

Well, at least we've got two tall ones (~450' +) coming in Cambridge soon (the first of which, at 135 Broadway, looks to be breaking ground imminently) to keep us occupied while Boston gets its act together for another tall one after SST.
