I can't tell from these distances, but will there be one more crane jump or is this it and the core is pretty much done?

More floors to go obviously, but it's trending more squat in appearance than I anticipated. Wasn't expecting a mini 1 Dalton, but still...

From Tufts library roof (11/23). Pardon the lousy distance shot.

Does it still have the large glass panels up? Those essentially ruined this view for me, especially at night with the glare. I'd like to go back if they ever get removed.

It already looks very tall "for Cambridge" from up close and all sorts of viewpoints. I went right up to it Friday night and it didn't feel squat at all, and still has some ways to go with the last few floors plus crown.

From a macro perspective it's only going to be the 31st tallest building in the Boston area, but it's basically bringing Cambridge into the fold as a bigger player in the overall skyline.

It does, unfortunately. That photo was from me pressing my phone against the glass. I nonetheless wanted to capture it b/c I think it shows 121 Broadway will have a fairly prominent place in the skyline from this direction. It will be pretty visible just to the right of the Hancock, as shown.

Looks like its creating a nice peak over the relatively flat cambridge skyline. I’m not sure if the core is topped out yet, but the mech screen seems to be very tall so should be a decent amount taller than the core is now. Hopefully it being back a ways from most of the rest of the buildings doesnt make it hidden when viewing from within boston. Def gonna be nice to break up the plateau and really make cambridge finally look like a legit downtown skyline vs one of the squat secondary lab areas like seaport or northpoint.

As of 11/23.

11-29-2025 - Taken from the 17th floor of Raffles Hotel in Back Bay. Definitely starting to rise above the crowd even when viewed from the Boston side of the river where its impact will be a bit more limited due to being located a couple blocks further from the river than most of the Kendal Square cluster of buildings.

From Terminal A lookout point at the beginning (or end) of the Central Garage walkway from A to E, you can clearly see this all the way from there. It's incredible how impactful this will be from all angles when completed.
