Not sure what’s planned for this corner between Grafton Street and I-290 (its parking):

Its the edge of downtown and there us residential on the other side of the track. While not the most attractive spot, being next to a rail is not strange in a cityI'm surprised that the zoning laws allowed for housing in that location. It's hardly the garden spot in Worcester, sandwiched between 290 and the trucking terminals for CSX. No thanks.
Its got a fire station and a diner before the highway"being next to a rail" is underselling it
It's wedged between clapped-out industrial, an intermodal yard, rail, and an 8-lane highway.
