Weird, I made it to highlight what a taller, statement tower would look like on the Volpe site. The perspective and blending just happened to work out pretty well for the 'shop, so I guess I should be proud that you thought it was real. No idea that it was getting spread around outside of AB though.

I like the front of this building a lot - it's basically the first BU building (outside of the new law annex, but that's hidden behind STH) which actually invites people inside.

Looking out my window, they still have about 2 floors to go around the core, plus potentially a mechanical level above that. It's not topped-out yet.

Thank god - please tax this guy out of holding this land hostage. They should assess him for back taxes for failing to deliver on his non-profit venture. It's absurd to use that shelter as a way of boosting value.
