Pier 4 Condo Building (Former Anthony's site) | Seaport

Unnamed but from the team at Wood's Hill Table in Concord.. very intriguing farm to table concept that's proven/very well reviewed at its other location. https://www.bostonmagazine.com/restaurants/2017/11/02/pier-4-restaurant-kristin-canty/

Nominations: ArchBoston worst new developments 2013-2017

Zinc, for sure. Also worth noting I feel like this building is way oversized. Never looks close to full at night when lights are on (or off for that matter). Plus the floorplans are named after inventors :( "I live in the Zuckerberg!"

    Chinatown - Progress or Gentrification?

Just chipping in my two cents here, take it for what it's worth. My girlfriend goes to Tufts Dental and lives nearby on Nassau Street. I'm frequently walking Harrison, Washington, Johnny Court, etc. etc. mornings and evening hours after work after finding parking. Unfortunately in my experience...

8-10 Waldo Street | Coolidge Corner | Brookline

Just my opinion here, but art deco style/color scheme reminds me too much of the brutalist buildings already on Beacon. Not sure how anyone ever saw any of the below buildings as tasteful or appealing. Time for something more modern looking that fits within the context of the neighborhood. 133...

    Millennium Tower (Filene's) | 426 Washington Street | Downtown

It's entirely free and very easy to access! Personally I think it's got one of Boston's best views. There's even an elevator that takes you to the top so that you don't need to climb 10 flights of stairs! Awesome panoramic views. I took these photos there awhile ago. One looking due West the...

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

Re: Whiskey Priest/Atlantic Beer Garden Redevelopment | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport Of course, there is nothing wrong with corporate and foreign investment in our city. The problems and gripes I have relate to every new building being a glass box and looking like a Dallas office park. When this...

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

Re: Whiskey Priest/Atlantic Beer Garden Redevelopment | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport Civic buildings, green space, perhaps not having close to 1/3 of the entire Seaport zoned strictly for marine industrial space. I understand it's not an overnight project. I just don't see many initiatives...

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

Re: Whiskey Priest/Atlantic Beer Garden Redevelopment | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport The average Seaport restaurant patron seems to be more and more likened to a rich guy from the Jersey shore. Ocean Prime, Strega, and Del Frisco's all have the same types of people roaming around. There is no...

    Grand Prix of Boston

Joan sounds like a real stiff. Also pretty cringeworthy that she references the artificial turf at City Hall. That stuff was strange.
