Zinc, for sure. Also worth noting I feel like this building is way oversized. Never looks close to full at night when lights are on (or off for that matter). Plus the floorplans are named after inventors :( "I live in the Zuckerberg!"

Just my opinion here, but art deco style/color scheme reminds me too much of the brutalist buildings already on Beacon. Not sure how anyone ever saw any of the below buildings as tasteful or appealing. Time for something more modern looking that fits within the context of the neighborhood. 133...
