Zinc, for sure. Also worth noting I feel like this building is way oversized. Never looks close to full at night when lights are on (or off for that matter). Plus the floorplans are named after inventors :( "I live in the Zuckerberg!"

Just my opinion here, but art deco style/color scheme reminds me too much of the brutalist buildings already on Beacon. Not sure how anyone ever saw any of the below buildings as tasteful or appealing. Time for something more modern looking that fits within the context of the neighborhood. 133...

I was actually in the Kensington the other weekend at a friend's place, we could see one single unit AVA occupied, also with some guests over. They looked at us and turned their blinds down. Funny, given the above comment.

I'm surprised Flats are still at the occupancy rate they are, one of the more affordable buildings in that area. Not surprising to hear they aren't raising rents, that would be a ballsy move by them. We're getting 100 Pier 4 listings weekly and that place looks like it has barely rented...
